How much is the cost for the corperation? Is the water deep in front and clean to swim and dive in , is are their ulitiles and will they take a cash offer for lot 8 (eight) at 7.500? I am planning a trip to this area in Feb right now the airfare is out of sight. But i am coming this years.

Sorry to not answer sooner but I am in Honduras right now.
Corporation is approx $850.00 and there are no utilities on the property likewise the water is shallow close to the frontage and is not great swimming.

I am thinking of investing in some land, could you tell me which lots are still available. Also what is on the adjacent property's, farms with live stock or just private houses. Are there any big developments planed in the area? Thank you. |

Lots 1,2,3 are still available at $49,900 each because they are on the water and you can build over the water as well. The adjacent properties are farms and as far as i know there are no large developments planned. The area lends itself to single dwellings and individuals rather than big developments. |
