Only the large Lot is 1.7 acres and the beachfront for each one is on the survey map on the site. The smaller lots are about half an acre. There is no special permits neede for building and the land is flat without elevation.To explore the rest of the island by foot from the site is difficult because there are no defined pathways. You would take a boat a few hundred metres away to existing trails. Each of the smaller lots has about 120 ft of beachfront an the larger longer one has about 200 ft waterfront. These lots are very shallow in depth with longish waterfrontages. Quite the opposite of most lots that have tiny waterfrontages with deep land mass behind them. The area is beautiful and the beaches are very pleasant because they are not subject to the huge swells outside. Its one of the most desireable locations to build a super home. It may also be possible to buy the whole pice at a discount. Hope this helps.
