I noticed that the front steps leading to the entrance of this beautiful home are off and leaning quite a bit at least by several inches. Is this an anamoly in the photograph or an actual blunder by the builders? |

I have been to the house several times and havent noticed anything unusual. But I am from New Zealand where we have on leg shorter than the other for when we graze on the hillsides. Cheers, |

Hi -- Had a few questions about this property. First a little about us ... My husband and I have lived in Florida for the past 30 years and are very interested in purchasing a home or a lot in Panama, specifically the Bocas Del Toro area. We would like to be on the water or at least very close, and be able to keep a small boat in the water. Regarding this specific house --- The lot size is really tiny -- which could be good or bad. Good with little or no maintenance. Bad if your neighbors are right on top of you. How far is the nearest neighbor? Are there any buffer zones between the homes? How about available lots adjacent to this property to purchase so we would have more privacy? Is there any where to keep a boat on the water that would be close? Another questiion - but not specific to this home. I noticed when looking at the google earth map of this home ... coming from Boca down the beach road, if you go past where this home is, say about another mile or so, you come to a really nice stretch of beaches where it seems not many homes are built. Would any of this property be available to purchase? We are looking for a smaller piece titled property or home. We hope to come down there soon to look. I was impressed with the quality of of your listings on your webpage and would like you all to help us if possible. When we know better as to when we are coming I would like to set up a day to be with someone from your office. Is this possible? Thanking you in advance for any advice and help you can give us.
