I cannot tell a lie. It is swampy and difficult to approach because of the shallow water in front of the property.....It might put the faint hearted off at first sighting....However on a bit of closer inspection and once you actually get onto dry land, there are a number of attractive snall hillets , each one of which would make a perfect building site. ....so for those of you who are just a little more energetic than others , this represents a very inexpensive way to get a good chunk of titled land at a real bargain price!.....But dont be a scardy cat because there is some work to do here. If someone wants me to research the paperwork I can do so but the risk factor is about $1000 to do it. No one has asked me to do it yet. I have lots of other properties that may be easier to research. Call me if you like.
