Is this only accessible from the water, if so, how long of a ride from Bocas |
![]() | Message: 296 Replied by: Lin Posted on: 2007-06-14 01:41:58 | Yes only accessible by water. Its 7 minutes form Almirante and about 20 minutes from Bocas in a 40 HP |

I just noticed, and you mentioned in a prior question, that it is closer to Admirante road/township. I am trying to find out how difficult it would be to transport building materials, supplies, etc. and to buy groceries. |
![]() | Message: 297 Replied by: Lin Posted on: 2007-06-14 01:43:28 | Very easy. Its a 6 minute ride to the supermarket and materials are just as easy to get from the same township. I wopuld rather build there than Bocas because of the ease of transportation of goods. |

is there electricity going to the lots? |
![]() | Message: 126 Replied by: Steve Posted on: 2006-12-18 04:08:00 | Hi, no at this moment there is no electricity to these lots. They are quite close to the township but the closest transport is by water. Hope this helps, |

How deep is the water in front of the property, our sailboat has a 6 1/2 foot draft |
![]() | Message: 264 Replied by: Lin Posted on: 2007-04-12 08:28:53 | Yes there is a good depth in front of this property for your boat. The existing jetty is not long enough to get to 7 ft but you can extend or anchor the boat. |

Three final questions. Can this ROP be turned into a title at some point in the future and how long could it possibly take, what lots are still available and are the prices negotiable? |
![]() | Message: 298 Replied by: Lin Posted on: 2007-06-14 10:20:43 | Yes it can be turned to title and there is a formula to follow with several alternatives. You need to own the property first and it cannot be a condition of purchase that it can be titled. Reason? The seller has no control over that and is not empowered to issue titles therefore you need to buy it first. As to timing? Depends on how quickly you assemble your required permits and paperwork. I have heard of it being done in 7 months but that was a huge company and a large property so I dont know how long it might take you. The lots available are 2,3,4,5,6 and are negotiable particularily if you want to buy them all together. Hope this helps, |
