Kate if you are monitoring this site please email me. ( Sunday 23 July).....Lin Yes this is a beautiful place and when I tried to put the co-ordinates in there was a lot of cloud. Keep an eye on the site and as soon as it clears over the actual property Ill put the exact location on the satellite map. Its on the north eastern end of Popa quite close to Crawl Cay and is elevated giving great views and breezes.

Hi, The adjacent land is 55 acres and is available. Price? Around $85K Has a small house, concrete floors, water and electricity. Its the house the people lived in while the other house was being built. It has great waterfont views and there atre several other spots on the property to build elevated houses.. Financing may be available upon discussion. The owner is reasonably flexible at the moment. It is a farily dominant location and is easily seen from quite a long way at sea. I hope you will like it.

Aloha Lin, My husband and I own a business,a house, and land on the Big Island of Hawaii. Several years ago, we were quite interested in the Bocas del Toro area (before we relocated to Hawaii). Is listing #230 still available? If so, why hasn't it sold-it looks extremely nice? We are interested in possibly investing in other properties. Mahalo, Linda

Hi Linda, This house is in a spectacular spot and in spite of its credentials is actually quite small inside. It is built from permanent materials and needs superficial maintenance. Sometimes the owner is away and the grass grows to make it look untidy but it is a super spot. A new owner might make some additions or alterations and have one of the areas most beautiful views.It is very private and totally protected from the sea wave actions. 2000 sq. ft. doesn't seem small to me, as you expressed in one of your responses. Were you referring to total volume (including ceiling height)? Would like to see more interior photos, especially kitchen, bedrooms. OK to build on remainder of property? Thanks for your response.

Hi, Its a kind of open arrangement with the bedrooms to each side of the main entrance ( shwon ) and the kitchen and services at the rear. It is a spacious house with a beautiful view. You may build on the rest of the property to your hearts content! Another good reason for moving here :-)) Im sorry I dont have more photos at the moment. Saludos
