what would the actual size of a building lot between the river, stream, road, and ocean be. How many acres, or approximate lot size on dry land? Would one need to establish some type of bridging over the river that runs on the backside to get to the road? Does the property flood significantly during the rainy season due to the stream, river, and ocean access? |
![]() | Message: 101 Replied by: Lin Posted on: 2006-08-21 14:10:30 | There is plenty of building acreage that is flat and dry without the necessity to build any kind of bridge. As far as I am aware there is no flooding issues with the property and the main road is normally not affected by flooding in this particular area. The entire acreage is available as a building site for many houses if needed. |
